E-Pattern FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions)

What is an e-pattern?
An e-pattern is an “electronic” pattern that can be downloaded, saved and printed out immediately after you purchase it (Paypal may take up to 24 hours to process).

What are the advantages to purchasing e-patterns over conventional mail order patterns?
The advantage to this type of purchase is that you will get your pattern immediately and you do not have to pay any tax or shipping charges.

Can I share, copy or e-mail this downloadable pattern with/to  my friends?
This pattern is for your personal use only and is sold to you with the understanding that all aspects of this product are protected by US copyright law.  If you like this pattern, please tell your friends that they can purchase their own copy at www.toadusew.com. Sharing the pattern with friends who haven’t purchased their own copy hurts our ability to make a living and ultimately, the quality of our product and the service we are able to provide.  We hope you will honor our efforts and protect our work as though it were your own.

Where Can I Get an E-Pattern?
You can purchase an e-pattern by going to the e-pattern section of the toadusew.com store and click on add to my cart.   You must register and create an account with toadusew in order to purchase an e-pattern.  You cannot check out as a guest when purchasing an e-pattern.  You must complete your purchase before you can download your pattern.

How many times can I download my pattern?
You can download your pattern twice, therefore, it always important to print and save your download.

Can I print the pattern?
Yes, you can print the pattern for your personal use.

Can I save the pattern on my computer?
Yes, you can save the pattern to your computer.  Make sure when saving the pattern that you put in a file that you can find again on your computer.

How do I retrieve my e-pattern?
Your e- pattern is in your account under the My Downloadables section.  Please see Purchasing & Downloading E-Patterns for your preferred payment method.

Will I get my download in an email?
If you paid by credit card you can open your download from your order confirmation e-mail by clicking on the word download after the item name.  If you have already downloaded the pattern from your account you will not be able to access the download from your e-mail.

I paid using a PayPal account and cannot find my pattern download?
Your pattern is available in your toadusew account, see Purchasing & Downloading E-Patterns (PayPal Checkout).

Can I purchase e-patterns at the same time as items that require shipping? Yes, you can purchase all items at the same time.  Your shipping will be calculated and charged only on the items to be shipped.
