We accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and PayPal as payment.

Sales Tax

Sales tax of 6.5% will be charged to Florida residents only.

Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy if you are unsatisfied with your purchase. Refunds will be issued once the items are returned to us. Refunds will not be given for shipping and handling charges. A 15% restocking fee is charged for all returns. Patterns are not returnable do to copyright laws. All returns must be in their original packaging.

Backorders

A backordered product is a product that is temporarily out of stock.  Backorders are charged at the time of order.  Backorders remain active for 30 days.  If back-ordered items are not available within 30 days, they are automatically canceled and fully refunded.

Wait List

Wait lists are offered for popular items.  When the item becomes available customers on the wait-list will be notified and given 7 days to purchase the item before it is offered to the general public.  We cannot guarantee that customers on the waitlist will receive the item if they do not place an order for the item after receiving notification that it is available.

Kitting Policy

All efforts will be made to provide kits with the fabrics as advertised.  Unavailable fabrics will be replaced with a Toad approved selection of similar style and pattern.

Shipping

Orders received by 4PM CST, Monday through Thursday will ship the following business day.  Orders received after 4PM CST, Thursday through Sunday will ship on the following Monday.

Toadusew is committed to protecting your privacy. We use the information we collect on Toadusew.com to make shopping as simple as possible and to enhance your overall experience. We do not sell, trade or rent your personal information to others.

Security Policy

We do our best to provide you with a safe and convenient shopping experience. We use the PayPal system for all credit card transactions. You do not have to have a PayPal account to purchase items through Toadusew Creative Concepts. You can choose to pay without a PayPal account; your purchase will be processed through PayPal but not with a PayPal account.
PayPal verifies that your internet browse is running Secure Sockets 3.0 (SSL) or higher. Information is protected by SSL with an encryption key length of 128 bits (the highest level commercially available). Your personal information is stored on servers and heavily guarded, both physically and electronically. To further shield your credit card and bank numbers, PayPal does not directly connect its firewall-protected servers to the internet.
As a PayPal user, you are protected from any payments that you did not authorize.
